    Composition of practical training and assessment device

    The training device consists of an aluminum alloy guide rail training platform, typical mechanical components of mechatronics equipment, PLC modules, frequency converter modules, button modules, power supply modules, simulated production equipment training modules, terminal blocks, various sensors. The overall structure is open and modular. The training device is used for assembling mechanical components; production equipment can be assembled using existing components, or additional components can be added to assemble other production equipment. This allows the entire device to be flexibly assembled into mechatronics equipment with production functions according to teaching or competition requirements. The modules adopt a standard structure and drawer-type module racks, ensuring strong interchangeability. It also requires expandability to form larger-scale production simulation systems to meet the teaching and training requirements of different levels and majors in various user schools.
