Product Introduction

This equipment adopts a modular structure, with each module operating independently. Various experimental circuits can be constructed by combining different components in each component area. The experimental template has a circuit diagram printed on the front and the components mounted on the back. Test holes are provided at all test points in each experimental circuit, ensuring ease of use, reliable contact, long lifespan, and high efficiency. The main experimental units are completed using matching experimental modules, and expansion modules can be selected to complete related experiments according to different needs, meeting the needs of experimental teaching in digital circuit courses. It is suitable for experimental teaching of undergraduate, junior college, and vocational school students in courses such as "Digital Electronics Technology" and "Pulse Circuits," and is also one of the basic tools for product development and scientific research. This product was designed with experimental needs in mind and incorporates the advantages of similar products. Main Components

1. Intelligent Power Protection Module (configured on the laboratory's main power supply): The intelligent power protector features protection against phase loss, undervoltage, overvoltage, leakage, overcurrent, short circuit, and surge, and can automatically reclose.
2. Standard Three-Port Power Socket: Directly connects to external 220V AC. Inside the experimental chamber, a power conversion unit converts the 220V AC to ±15V/0.5A and ±5V/0.5A, both with short-circuit and overload protection and automatic recovery functions. It connects to the main panel of the experimental chamber. The +5V socket has a short-circuit audible and visual alarm function.
3. Equipment Panel: The motherboard is made of 2mm thick printed circuit board. The front side is printed with component symbols and corresponding wiring, while the back side shows the printed circuitry and soldered components
4. Pulse Signal Source: Provides two sets of positive and negative single-pulse outputs and one set of continuously adjustable square wave pulse sources with frequencies around 1Hz, 1kHz, and 20kHz. The output frequency is finely adjusted using a multi-turn potentiometer. Provides a set of continuously adjustable TTL square wave pulse sources from 0.5Hz to 1MHz.
5. Logic Input and Display Circuit: Logic level indicator with 16-bit red LEDs.
   • Four-bit reversible decimal DIP switch.
   • Four-bit seven-segment LED digital tube (with BCD code decimal decoding circuit).
   • Sixteen-bit logic level switch.
   • Sixteen-bit logic level indicator.
6. Chip sockets and multi-purpose device connectors: The motherboard has multiple highly reliable round-pin chip sockets for connecting commonly used through-hole packaged chips. Each pin is led to a universal connector for easy connection with other devices. Multi-purpose device connectors allow for flexible connection of capacitors, resistors, transistors, and other devices. 2 sets of 8-pin chip sockets, 6 sets of 14-pin chip sockets, 5 sets of 16-pin chip sockets, 3 sets of 20-pin chip sockets, 2 sets of 24-pin chip sockets (both wide and narrow can be used), 1 set of 28-pin chip sockets, and 1 set of 40-pin chip sockets.
7. Tri-state logic test probe: Red LED lights up when high level, green LED lights up when low level, and yellow LED lights up when in a high impedance state or at a level that is neither too high nor too low.
8. Other components: 10K, 100K, and 1M rotary potentiometers; alarm indicator LEDs and buzzers; one passive crystal oscillator each at 32768Hz, 4MHz, 6MHz, and 12MHz.
9. The motherboard has four sockets for inserting and fixing experimental circuit boards.
10. Other: One set of experimental leads, sufficient for experimental needs with some margin; one experimental instruction manual.
